I want it to be easier.
The focus is typically on what I don't have...again???
"Yes, silly, you are consistently driving the car back on the familiar route home, to the place that feels more comfortable and simple," I project to myself.
When we can shift the cantankerous heady conversation, to look at the obvious wondrous things we already have, well, things seem a lot brighter.
I'm right-sized. (since I was the tallest kid in the class forever, I was deemed "BIG" and held onto that as a detriment versus a benefit)
"I am happy"...we are so priviledged to even have the opportunity to contemplate that statement.
Choose Gratitude as a familiar and obvious path. The more you practice this, the better you will feel.
The days I feel S T R E T C H E D to find something positive, I honestly do laugh hard at my Self, once I catch-on.
Ridiculous!
You have so much!!!
My heart connects with my head and together, they come up with a gigantic list that would take all the paper in my notebook to fill.
Here is what I am grateful for today:
1. I met some fabulous new people yesterday, some of whom may even turn into good friends.
2. The sun is out and I get to walk the dog to the library to return the stack of DVD's.
3. My insight about my disapproving behavior errupted...I now declare my Self accepting, loving, compassionate, and kind!
4. I booked two new assignments.
5. November's income exceeded the receipts.
Thank you, Thanks!
What are your five GRATITUDES to share with me today?
Please comment and share if you find this helpful in any way.
