Teach with tears.

What to do when moved or inspired by someone's story?

Cry, of course. Sob to your heart's content.

Give that fellow human being a massive, loving hug (if appropriate!)

Then take action.

Make a decision about how you can remember this moment, the sensations in your body, emotions, what you know about yourself, note the perspective of the world or other people, the motivation behind the expression of your stimulation, and how to share it.

We're often caught-up in the worst bits of life, the things that make us crazy, unfulfilled, dissatisfied, angry, reactive, self-obsorbed, and victimized.

Yet, if we can keep those moving experiences at our fingertips, the opportuntity to revisit the inspiration, awe, acceptance, affirmation that life is grand, than it's far easier to ease into a better place.

  • Write Notes to Self

  • Take a picture

  • Generate affirmations

  • Set the reminder alarm

  • Recall the image

  • Share the story

Vow to move your Self and Others more often.

Go forward and engage!
