How to Declutter Your Mind

What are you saying to your Self?

hint: (It starts with an awareness.)

That means paying attention to your thoughts.

You've heard me say,

"Don't BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU THINK!"

Shift the conversation to the word and idea of LESS,

that is what I am committed to -

  • having less

  • seeing less

  • believing (we, I, you or anyone else is) less, due to their circumstances...just isn't acceptable.

I was and still am, in a constant state of rebellion.

The reason I am so dedicated to Downsizing, Sorting, Organizing, Donating STUFF is because I believe people can change.

When did we become the THROWAWAY society? Why do we thrive to have more, More, MORE?? How did we get roped into believing things would create happiness, love, success, devotion, acceptance, or joy? Who drug us into the merchandise line with a cart full of stuff? What has happened to simpler times?

I want every downsizing client and the recipients of the goodies to feel clever because they found their stop-gaps. They figure out what halts their progress, perhaps why, and how to control the possible outcome differently than the past.

I'm continually inspired by the people I work with-their courage and conviction to help themselves uncover their purpose from underneath the stuff and thrust themselves into voluntarily simplifying. They truly are better people, when decluttering more consistently and consequently giving. That Less is more!!

I so want to establish a new Sorted Affairs paradigm in Portland, the surrounding area-all of the people I work with and those they touch. OKAY, I won't limit it to Portland, or Maine...Let's simplify, wherever you are, and feel great about it!!

Wouldn't that be SO grand?

To be inspired vs constricted by your circumstances?

Thanks for letting me SHOUT OUT my declarations!
